Things that worry me currently(1). Bi-Partisan party lines
Ever since choosing political science as a minor in college, I was always fascinated with the divide between the left and right in politics, in some ways it reminded me of Nigeria and the divide in politics between Muslims and Christians, but what intrigued me about the divide in the United States was how the divide seemingly crept into every aspect of the American life from sports to music, entertainments, sports, economics and of course politics and here is why it concerns me.
It is affecting the very future of American and it is starting to cause cracks and invisible lines that are constantly being placed there.
The coronavirus has shown us just how far this thing has come, it has almost become a divide between the left and the right on staying at home and the freedom of liberty.
What concerns me the most is just how much both sides would shed to be right on cases.
One thing that keeps on popping in my mind is the extended lockdown and how it may be treated after there is a lax on the stay at home rules.
On one side the right would argue that we overreacted, on the other side what does the right expect the left to say? The right’s argument is that anything the left says to this would mean they want more bad media news from the coronavirus to keep people home.
See how the virus has turned into a right vs left thing?
It is one thing to keep an eye on, I believe this aspect has become a daily part of our lives and is starting to dictate how we act in every way from our choices of food to what we decide to listen to.
